The phone...Tablette ...pc... etc.. this tecknologie was changed the world and humain to another way... he make the world like a small village .. we are in usa we don't need to go to malisya or australia to talking with oue familly...friends .. or any one who loves... because we can talking with audio and video by smart phone without flying to this cointries...
but any tecknologie was good else bad too ...so we must know haw we practise and haw we use the tecknologie like smarte phone...
so we talking in this topic about the uses of smarte phone and tablette on the night why it's dangerous on the eyes ..why it's not good why should be carfoul when we talking or playing or reading books on smarte phone on the night?

but the uses of phone on the night not dangerous on just eyes..but also in many place on the body ..

The risk to the fetus
nervous
heart disease
hearing loss
brain cancer
and many many ilness that propably to touch humain when he uss smùarte phone or tablette without good light on the room .. so becarful don't use very match smarte phone and pc on the night without light ....your eyes it's Blessingfrom God .
